BBQ Pork Pasta

My husband declares this meal "A Keeper". Luckily I remember the ingredients - sometimes I get to cooking and forget how I got the end result. Since we are on a controlled diet I used high fiber pasta and pork tenderloin but I suppose you could use other meats. I also used splenda brown sugar. Next time I will most likely add more veggies like onions and peppers. It's a great way to feel as though you are getting a lot of meat in your meal!

2 cans diced tomatoes
1 scant tablespoon brown sugar
sprinkle red pepper or to your taste
sprinkle dehydrated onion flakes
About 3-4 ounces pork tenderloin
2 cups cooked pasta

Mix first ingredients and pour over pork. Bake at 350 until pork is done and tender. Let pork cool enough to pull apart with two forks. While pasta is hot mix the pulled pork, sauce and pasta together and serve.

About 2 large servings.
