Most of us have eaten this at some kind of function where everyone is supposed
to bring a side dish. If you can find sugar cookie dough in a low calorie/fat
version is would of course make this a better choice.
Slice and Bake Pillsbury Sugar cookie dough
16 oz. Non-fat Cool Whip
16 oz. softened non-fat cream cheese
A mixture of fresh fruits like strawberries, Kiwi, apricots, peaches, cherries
and pineapple
Spray pizza pan with non-stick spray. Remove cookie dough from package and
flatten onto pizza pan covering entire pan. Bake as directed for cookies until
golden brown. Let cool.
Mix together the Cool Whip and cream cheese. Spread mixture onto cooked cookie
evenly. Arrange fruits on top any way you like but try to make it look pretty!
Keep chilled until time to serve.
