Vanilla Milk
At Weight Watchers we have to get a certain amount of milk in each day and
needless to say I seem to have a difficult time with that. Here is something
I copied from Starbucks that is wonderful! I use Mexican white vanilla but I
am sure you can use whatever you have. I rather not use the type with no real
vanilla bean though.
1 cup non-fat milk
1/2 to 1 teaspoon vanilla (to taste)
1 packet splenda
Microwave until very hot. Add 10 mini marshmellows and nuke again for a few
seconds or top with 1-2 tablespoons of whipped cream.
