Roads to the Heart and Soul
of America
Hell's Canyon Scenic Byway - Oregon
America's Byways are a distinctive
collection of American roads, their stories and treasured places.
They are roads to the heart and soul of America. Byways are exclusive
because of their outstanding qualities, not because byways are confined
to a select group of people.
Many bikers dream of "taking the
big trip." You know, the ride that will take you four
weeks during which time you will cover 6,000 miles of some of the
most beautiful scenery in the country. The truth is that most of

great trips that are suitable for a week - or even a weekend - trip.
The National
Scenic Byways Program website is sponsored by the Federal Highway
Administration.
Take a visit to the "byways"
website and find that special trip that you can make. Then go have
fun, you can even tell us about your trip and we will publish it
on BikerTrash.com. Here are few examples of Byways information offered.
Check out your area.
